Ian and Tila of Catch the Light have supported our organisation on a number of occasions with different aspects of our business. They were instrumental in assisting with the implementation of a very successful ‘Pilot’ employability project; from research through to final evaluation. With their  wealth of skills, knowledge and expertise in ‘Youth and Community Development’ they guided,  supported and helped build capacity within our organisation to secure funding, implement monitoring and evaluation systems and reporting mechanisms to our funders.

Other additional support services they delivered include recruitment, assisting with interviews, skills audit and role review, organisational development and planning ahead  (away days with our Board).
